Welcome to the New Big I Portal!

Welcome to our new portal! We have a brand new look and updated technology in an effort to better serve all our members and non-members.  We hope you'll enjoy it as much as we do!

In order to get the most out of your experience, you will need to create a new login. Your previous username and password will not work on the new portal.

First check to see if we already have you in the database by entering your business e-mail address.  If that doesn't work try using an alternate e-mail you may have used in the old portal.

If your email is found, you will be able to activate your account and create a password.

If your email is not found, you can create an account.

Big I MN Members

Enter your business e-mail and set up your password.  To receive member benefits you need to be affiliated with a member organization (Parent Member).  Your affiliation request will be reviewed either by the admin at your organization or Big I MN Staff, and if approved, you will receive membership privileges.

Please be aware that this process may take 24-48 hours. In the meantime, your Member Compass profile will indicate a non-member status until your affiliation is verified.

Non-Members or Big I Members from another state

To create a non-member user account (Member Compass ), set up a user ID and password. Once your user ID and password are established, you must provide the necessary contact information. Then, select the 'No Parent Member' checkbox and click the 'Continue as Non-Member' button to log into your non-member user account (Member Compass).
