Lake Group Insurance CEO and Owner Cory Lake is a noted leader in the cannabis insurance market, cited for his depth of knowledge (Star Tribune) and wide-ranging understanding of the industry. His firm is among the largest cannabis insurance companies in the state.

Lake began his career as a real estate investor, built and sold his first retail store in 2014, and has decades of experience advising start-ups, corporate collaborations, and philanthropic partnerships. In addition to advising and evaluating insurance needs and challenges for clients in specialized and complex emerging markets, Lake is also Co-Founder and Vice President of Strategic Partnerships for the medical software firm Palisaid.
