Janice Sierra

Janice Sierra is a Solution Specialist on the Customer Success team at Applied Systems, Inc. She strategically consults with clients on their digital agency solutions, helping them to take full advantage of product functionality and evolve their workflows. Previously, Janice spent eight years as a Lead Product Instructor, delivering onsite and virtual private training and optimizations to new Applied customers. She also has several years of agency experience working as a P&C Account Manager, using both TAM and Applied Epic. Janice is a self-proclaimed nerd and enjoys seeing musicals, playing D&D, and going on long hikes with her dog, Finnigan.
