Bill Butler, CIC, CISR

Bill Butler, CIC, CISR, CWCA, is the founder of Butler Vet Insurance and president of Butler & Associates Insurance Agency Inc., specializing in tailored insurance solutions for veterinary and pet service professionals. With over two decades of industry experience and a 12-year military background in the Minnesota Army National Guard and U.S. Army, Bill brings a disciplined, client-first approach to risk management. He is also the host of the Veterinary Blueprints Podcast, a best-selling author, and an active member of the Minnesota independent agency community through his leadership with Big I MN. Bill resides in Burnsville, Minnesota, with his wife, Shannon. Now that Bill has had some time in the insurance industry, he is working to give back to the local community. He is an active member of the Apple Valley Chamber of Commerce, and the Rotary Club of Apple Valley where he sits on the Apple Valley Rotary Scholarship Foundation. Since entering the insurance industry, Bill has focused on education and has attained both his Certified Insurance Service Representative designation (CISR), Certified Insurance Counselor designation (CIC) and Certified Workers Compensation Advisor. He continues to expand his insurance knowledge and is committed to educating and guiding his clients, as well. Because of his dedication to his clients, his professionalism and his work as the Chairperson for the Minnesota Independent Insurance Agents & Brokers Young Agents Committee, Bill was named the 2012 MIIAB Young Agent of the Year. In November 2017 he was named President of Butler & Associates Insurance Agency.
