Jessica C. Richardson

Jessica Richardson has been representing individuals, professionals, associations, and insurers in Minnesota and Wisconsin for over 20 years. She consistently endeavors to achieve the best possible outcome for her clients, whether through providing counsel and guidance, negotiating settlements, or presenting a case to a jury. Because being sued is a new and stressful experience for many, at times presenting risk of significant personal financial exposure, Jessica maintains accessibility and clear communication with her clients throughout the life of a lawsuit.

Jessica has successfully tried and arbitrated cases in venues throughout Minnesota, including cases involving professional negligence, catastrophic injury, brain injury, and wrongful death.

Jessica is also a Rule 114 Qualified Neutral and member of Big I MN E&O Education and Claims teams. She conducts voluntary audits of insurance agencies throughout Minnesota.
