Matt A. Lynch

Matt is responsible for leading the RPS binding strategy – it includes binding alignment, specialty leaders across personal lines, transportation and standard lines and transactional brokerage business.

Matt has served as Regional VP Central Binding for the previous eight years, overseeing the 7 profit centers and 14 offices in the Central Territory. He has also served as Area President in Minneapolis and been with RPS for 17+ years. His accomplishments include actively co-leading sales initiatives nationwide, starting a Small Business practice, collaborating closely with operations and data teams on various projects, and supporting mergers and acquisitions. In addition, Matt held various leadership roles and was a $1MM producer before joining RPS in 2007.

Matt started his career at St. Cloud State where he earned a Risk Management Insurance Degree in 2000 and did a number of internships including an internship in London with London Brokers, Corrie, Baukham and Batts.

He served as UFO President for the AAMGA Under Forty Organization and sat on the inaugural board of the WSIA as the Under Forty representative.

He also serves on many WSIA (NAPSLO and MGA) committees over the past decade.

Currently serves on the Membership committee and as Secretary on the WSIA Education Foundation.

Matt is very active in fundraising for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation and Pancreatic Cancer.

Matt holds a CIC designation.
