Professional Bio
Patrick Roe followed his grandfather Francis “Leo” and father Jim into the family business, joining brother Andy at Arlington/Roe in 2003 as the second third-generation member. He started as a Personal Lines Assistant Underwriter and Underwriter.
After five years, he became a Personal Lines Marketing Representative. In 2010, he was named Vice President and Director of Marketing; promoted to Senior Vice President for Sales & Marketing in 2020; and to Executive Vice President, Chief Sales & Marketing Officer in 2024. In this role, he identifies growth strategies in core states, engages agency partners, develops sales plans, and monitors market changes—collaborating with Andy and Jim Roe.
Patrick holds a BS in Kinesiology (2002, Indiana University), a property/casualty license, Certified Insurance Wholesaler (CIW, 2014), and Associate in Insurance designations. He graduated from AAMGA’s UFO Leadership Track (2011, Georgia State University).
Active in industry groups since 2006, he’s a UFO member (former VP), served on AAMGA committees, chaired Indiana’s Young Agents Committee (2016-2017), and was named Insurance Professional of the Year (2018) by Independent Insurance Agents of Indiana. Recently, he joined the Central Indiana Alzheimer’s Association Executive Leadership Team and was elected to a three-year WSIA Board term in 2024.
