Join us for an opportunity to learn and connect with others. This joint event is being hosted by Big I MN, the Financial Planners Association- Minnesota Chapter, and Women in Insurance and Financial Services.
This session explores how generational norms and gendered expectations shape the way women communicate, lead, and collaborate. Participants will learn practical strategies to navigate differences, strengthen relationships, and communicate with clarity and confidence in a changing professional landscape.
