Emerging Leaders: Cyber Liability & Regulatory Challenges

This 3-hour session is designed for insurance professionals to explore the evolving landscape of cyber risks, liabilities, and the regulatory environment shaping the industry. Attendees will gain insights into federal and state privacy laws, the financial and operational impact of data breaches, and how insurance agents can help clients mitigate and manage these risks. The course will also focus on the role of ransomware, business interruption, and new regulatory obligations. By the end of this course, participants will have a stronger understanding of the cyber liability insurance products available and how to advise clients on mitigating their exposures.
