Create/Activate a User Account
You will be prompted to input your email address. Please provide your business email address.
Big I MN Members
If your email is found, you will be able to activate your account, create a user ID and password, and access the Member Compass portal, which includes member benefits.
If your email is not found, you can create an account and choose the member organization (Parent Member) you wish to be affiliated with. Your affiliation request will be reviewed, and if approved, you will receive membership privileges.
Please be aware that this process may take 24-48 hours. In the meantime, your Member Compass profile will indicate a non-member status until your affiliation is verified.
Non-Members or Big I Members from another state
To create a non-member user account (Member Compass Portal), set up a user ID and password. Once your user ID and password are established, you must provide the necessary contact information. Then, select the 'No Parent Member' checkbox and click the 'Continue as Non-Member' button to log into your non-member user account (Member Compass Portal).
