Frederick D. Banfield Jr.

Banfield joined Heartman Insurance as an executive assistant in 1986 and worked his way up to agent, partner, Principal, Corporate Secretary, Treasurer, Chief Financial Officer, and is now President & CEO of Heartman Insurance. In the time since Banfield joined up with Heartman in 1986, the company has expanded from 10 employees to the current 58 employees. They now have six locations, including offices in Rochester, Northfield, Faribault, Austin, Albert Lea, and Kasson. In October of 2023 our company merged to become a division of AssuredPartners.
