Welcome to our new portal! We have a brand new look and updated technology in an effort to better serve all our members and non-members. We hope that you'll enjoy it as much as we do.
In order to get the most out of your experience, you will need to create a new login. Your previous username and password will not work on the new website. Please follow the steps below to get logged in.
Activate/Create Your New User Account:
You will be prompted to input your email address. Please provide your business email address.
Big I MN Members
If your email is found, you will be able to activate your account and set up a password.
If your email is not found, you can create an account and choose the member organization (Parent Member) you wish to be affiliated with. Your affiliation request will be reviewed, and if approved, you will receive membership privileges.
Please be aware that this process may take 24-48 hours. In the meantime, your Member Compass profile will indicate a non-member status until your affiliation is verified.
Non-Members or Big I Members from another state
To create a non-member user account (Member Compass ), set up a user ID and password. Once your user ID and password are established, you must provide the necessary contact information. Then, select the 'No Parent Member' checkbox and click the 'Continue as Non-Member' button to log into your non-member user account (Member Compass).
Upon logging in, you will be directed to your Member Compass, our innovative portal designed for both members and non-members. Here, you can update your profile, view events you're registered for, settle invoices, among other features.
