As Senior Business Developer, I focus on building strategic partnerships, strengthening client relationships, and supporting property owners and industry professionals through fire and water damage restoration projects.
With more than 30 years of experience in business development, operations leadership, and sales strategy, I have held leadership roles across restoration, engineering, retail operations, and franchise consulting. Prior to Lindstrom Restoration, I have served as Director of Business Development & Client Relations at RCL Engineering Group, where I led growth initiatives and fostered long-term client partnerships. I have also spent several years in the restoration industry with CRDN of Minnesota and Servpro, delivering continuing education programs and working closely with insurance professionals, property managers, and contractors.
Throughout my career, I have been known for my relationship-first approach, strategic thinking, and ability to connect people and opportunities. I have extensive experience in market development, contract negotiation, team leadership, and operational consulting.
I look forward to build meaningful community relationships, contributing to service initiatives, and collaborating with fellow members who are passionate about making a positive impact locally and beyond.
