Important Webinar Information (E&O, Flood, Ethics & General)

Education Information,

Logging in early to the webinar allows time for troubleshooting if necessary. For connection issues, please contact our administrative partner, the Florida Insurance School Continuing Education (FISCE), at 800-786-4303.

Random attendance checks occur each hour of the presentation. You must reply to every attendance check and be online for the entire duration of the webinar to earn CE credits. Minnesota Department of Commerce has very stringent rules regarding webinars and receiving continuing education credit.

You are not allowed to watch the webinar in a group but need to do so alone on a computer or device, so that you can click the prompts throughout the webinar confirming you are in attendance.

It is critical that you check the prompts or you will not receive CE credit.

Once the course is complete, the CE will be uploaded to Sircon within 48 hours of the course, no need to complete any additional paperwork.

  • Audio will come through your computer’s speakers. If your computer’s speakers are not functioning properly, we recommend connecting via a mobile device for audio.
